Personal 1:1 Executive and Leader Coaching
Leader coaching is different from consulting - coaching stimulates leader clarity and decision-making.
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and are focused on the agenda the leader establishes with the coach.
Sessions are offered in four-session bundles, in order to assist the leader with gaining outcomes.
Coaches are credentialed, following the ICF philosophy, standards, and ethics.
The “Leader as Coach” Course
This 7-week online course provides leaders with the knowledge and skills to incorporate developmental and performance coaching with their constituents and teams.
Leaders will gain competencies with coaching methods, and practice with coaching templates and tools.
