Dr. Dave Covington is the principal partner of the Reach Up Leadership Group. Dave and his partners have pioneered a developmental adaptive leadership model that teaches leaders to optimize their individual and team learning, and thus their effectiveness with strategic planning and implementation, performance improvement, and change initiatives.
Dave also teaches in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management, and Innovation Studies at Northwest Nazarene University. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Hoff School of Business, and a doctorate in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca University. Dave also holds certifications in Change Management (Prosci), Project Management (PMI), training design (ATD), and DiSC Workplace (Wiley), as well as other professional assessments.
