Leader coaching enhances a leader's ability to move forward productively, to solve problems, create new plans and strategies, and to move from feeling stuck to being empowered. Ultimately, leader coaching provides the leader with a skilled and objective thinking partner. Research proves the benefits of Leader Coaching. Gallup, Inc. shares that Leader Coaching is the single-most effective way to grow a leader's capabilities to lead well.

Individual Leader Coaching sessions with an ICF credentialed Leadership Coach. Actual coaching session dates TBD by agreement.

  • Sessions are structured around you, the leader, and your agenda - what you want to solve, create, or achieve

  • Session agendas can focus on professional or personal topics - leader coaching views the leader as a whole person, bringing their whole person to work

  • Flexible scheduling to fit your calendar

First-time registrants receive the following:

  • One 50-minute intake session to make introductions and describe the Leader Coaching program, and conclude with a short coaching session

  • Three 50-minute coaching sessions to help take you from where you are as a leader to where you want to be

Returning registrants receive the following:

  • Four 50-minute coaching sessions to help take you from where you are as a leader to where you want to be

The “Leader As Coach” Course: Coaching Skills for Developing High Performance

Research demonstrates that leaders that utilize a coaching approach with their constituents increase positive outcomes with employee engagement, strategic and operational alignment, innovation and problem solving, and employee happiness.

Leaders will learn specific models of coaching including Developmental Coaching and Performance Coaching, as well as individual and group or team coaching, and they will be given tools, templates, and models that they can apply immediately with their team members. Leaders will gain skill by engaging in Coaching Labs where real coaching practice happens with course members, and they will receive instant feedback and suggestions to hone their coaching competencies.

Course Details:

  • 8-weeks in length; weekly meetings in a Google Meet virtual classroom.

  • Pre-Session preparation materials

  • Weekly Leadership Practice for practice with the Change Management methods and tools, leading to a completed Change Management Plan for the leader

  • The ability to utilize Change Management models and methods in any organizational change initiative or project

  • Tools for assessing the readiness of teams and organizations to move into change initiatives
